Really pleased with the move Tom and Andy did for me. Thoroughly recommend them, nothing was too much trouble.

They say moving house is stressful - yes it is! However, Andy, Emma, Tom, Tim, James and Cameron all made every effort, going above and beyond, to ease the stress. Despite heavy rain, and difficult access, nothing was too much trouble. A huge thanks to them all.

I can't praise this team enough!! They went above and beyond and worked incredibly hard to help us move our offices this week commencing 14th Aug 2023. Upstairs and down and up again, taking things apart, putting them back together again. Nothing was too much for them. We could not have done it without you! Thank you!

This excellent family run business moved me a few weeks ago and I can't recommend them highly enough. I had the full pack and removals service and the team made what can often be a hugely stressful time a walk in the park. The team are extremely professional, from initial contact, quote and visit from Emma to the guys who conducted the two-day pack and move; Andy, Tim, Ross and Tom were excellent. Who knew moving could actually be fun?! The team are so competent and careful with your belongings that you can relax and enjoy the chats and banter, which really made it a pleasant experience. Would use this highly competent and friendly team again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely brilliant service. Despite torrential rain (the worst day for months!), Emma, Andy, Tim and Matt completed the job with efficiency, care and good humour. Never believed it could have gone so smoothly - even if the sun had been shining. Very grateful to you all.

Cannot praise these guys enough. We had two days of packing and then they moved our 4 bed house into storage. 3 weeks later they moved it all out again into our new house. Really careful, well packed, no damage, friendly and hard working. Thank you!

First class service. Bonar & Son accommodated us at very short notice. Emma in the office went out of her way to make it all happen. The fantastic four Tim, Tom, Mathew and Cameron, wrapped and packed everything, they were cheerful, polite and professional.

Im not surprised at all at all the other amazing reviews these guys have got as they were absolutely brilliant. It starts with the lovely Emma in the office to Andy going out of his way to provide Paper, boxes and Sellotape at really short notice a few days before the move. On the day of the move Tom, Tim Matt and I think it was Cameron were all on time ready to go. I cannot believe how well drilled and co ordinated they were and worked so well together considering there was four of them on the day. When we got to the other house my parents were moving into we had a little bit of a scare in not knowing where both my parents medication was. My Dad literally only packed one box and forgot which one it was and failed to mark the box with what room it was from. Anyway Tom and the boys literally helped open boxes in the dark which isn't part of the agreement just to find the medication for my parents" that for me shows that not only are they bloody nice people but they genuinely care for their customers! 5 stars isn't enough for these guys, if you need to move house do yourself a favour and use Bonar and Son! I want to move again just so I can use them :)

Bonars helped my parents move recently to Lichfield and the men were very professional and courteous throughout. They were careful with everything and double checked we were happy where everything was before they left. Would definitely recommend.

We cannot recommend Bonar and Son enough, every stage of the process with them was a pleasure. Due to CoVid an assessment was made with Emma over Zoom and this ran very smoothly, Emma is a lovely and helpful person to deal with. We had to change a moving date a few times and each time Emma was brilliant and super-flexible, holding dates for us and working patiently with us until we could finally move. We had help packing up our kitchen which was a Godsend with two small children. Then the removal day itself was excellent, the team were courteous, efficient and really lovely. They took huge care with everything, took down and put up our beds, did everything without any fuss or bother, even items we should have done a better job of packing. They were also great with our kids. We would only ever use this service from now in, please don't hesitate in using them, you'll be hard pressed to find better value or a more professional company to use in this area.

Highly recommended!! We had a complete pack and move. The chaps were all lovely. Strong and hardworking as you’d expect, but also really considerate, checking how we’d like things packed, and super careful with all our things. Nothing was damaged or broken! We actually had a good laugh with them - a first for moving house!! We’ve moved quite a few times over the years, so have used a few companies - this company is definitely the best we’ve worked with. Before they left, they asked us to look round the house to check everything was where we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble. Some advice though - lots of tea and biscuits will be required :)

We used the packing & removal service. We cannot praise Bonar's highly enough. Everything was packed with great care in reams of tissue paper. All boxes clearly marked so we knew exactly what was in them & where they needed to be put in the new property.
On moving day the lorry was packed quickly and efficiently. On arrival at the new property they asked us where everything was to go and made sure we were happy with it all & that we didn't want anything moving around before they left.
The team of lads were very polite and friendly.

We had the full team to pack and move our home and they were brilliant throughout. Despite snow and rain on the moving days, not to mention the very tricky entrance to our new drive (well done Tom!), and upmteen boxes of books to be carried up to the second floor (mostly thanks to George and Steve) they remained cheerful and helpful to the very end. They were not phased by hoisting our enormous mattress up through the stairwell, navigating the narrow stairs to the upper floor, getting our welsh dresser in place, or by getting our upright piano down and up and over our front door step. Even though it was late when they left, they were still asking if we wanted anything moved around. I felt like I was saying goodbye to friends at the end of the day. Thank you all!

What an amazing team. A very last minute, just before Christmas, move and thanks to Bonar & Son we did it! So efficient, amiable, helpful and accommodating Thank you to you all. Would totally recommend them head and shoulders above anyone else we've used in the past.

We have used this family firm three times in 18 months, which tells you something! They are professional, friendly and helpful. On the day of the moves, nothing was too much trouble.

We initially wanted a removal company that was local and Bonar and Son came highly recommended. We contacted Emma with a view to assisting us with our forthcoming re-location to the West Country and Emma came round to have a look at what we had got in the way of possessions that we would be taking with us.
Emma later sent us our quote for the re-location which come back very favourable and fair considering the distance they would be travelling in their transport with our
possessions.
The Team of Tom and George as your removers were fantastic, they worked really well together, were funny and and we all had a relaxing but busy day on the day of our move.
They were as professional, diligent, hard-working and great company when we all met up again in the West Country.

We asked Emma ( very nice lady ) to move some things for us and she sent two very nice men , who worked like trojans , I cant believe that they got a table and welsh dresser through a door which I was sure they couldnt do, not to mention the 50 boxes of books which nearly killed them .
